6.21 Macroeconomic Market Analysis
Hello, brothers. The market is fluctuating repeatedly, is something big about to happen?
Yesterday, news broke that Iran was going to negotiate, and BTC surged to 106,000. Unexpectedly, it later plummeted to 103,000. What caused this significant drop?
The main reason is the breakdown of negotiations between Europe and Iran. The market initially believed Iran would abandon its nuclear program, but after discussions between the foreign ministers of the UK, France, Germany, and the EU's foreign policy chief with the Iranian foreign minister, Iran stated that it was unwilling to give up uranium enrichment! This complicates matters, indicating that both sides still have to fight, and will resolve issues through military means. Additionally, Russia has also expressed a warning to Washington not to get involved in military actions against Iran, stating it would lead to terrible consequences.
Furthermore, Putin said yesterday: "All of Ukraine is ours." Wherever Russian soldiers tread, it is our Russia. We do not rule out trying to occupy the Sumy region. Both the situation in Iran and the Russia-Ukraine situation indicate that the global situation is unstable, hence the market remains sluggish!
Trump's unresolved tariff disputes may trigger new shocks in the coming weeks. Moreover, Israel's attacks on Iran are expected to continue for at least two weeks, making it a protracted war, with the possibility of eliminating Iran's supreme leader Khamenei!
Therefore, in the coming weeks, the market will continue to shuffle, and significant gains are unlikely. Don't think that just because there's a 1% increase, a bull market is coming, and then go long on contracts; that will only lead to liquidation.
In the near term, focus on holding BTC to weather this harsh period of war conflicts. Once the Iran issue is resolved, it is highly likely that BTC will break new highs.
Avoid contracts; hold onto spot and endure until dawn.
