#SwingTradingStrategy 🔍 What is Swing Trading?

Swing trading = strategy to seek profit from medium-term price movements (1–14 days).

Not as fast as scalping, but also not as long as investing.

✔️ Suitable for those who:

Are busy working but still want to profit

Have time for analysis but don’t want to stress every second

Focus on short/medium-term trends + technical levels

---

🧠 Core Strategy:

1. Trend is Your Friend

Use MA20/50/200

Ensure the market is trending up/down, don’t get stuck in sideways

2. Entry at Minor Reversal

Use candlestick patterns (Hammer, Engulfing, Doji)

Add RSI confirmation (30–40 oversold for buy, 60–70 overbought for short)

3. Use Support/Resistance

Entry in the medium-term support/resistance area

Don’t enter when the price has already soared high

4. Volume is King

Increasing volume = trend validation

If you enter but the volume is low = just exit, don’t force it

5. Use Stop Loss & Take Profit

Minimum risk-reward ratio 1:2

SL = below the swing low, TP = in the next resistance area

---

🧪 Practical Example:

For instance, you see:

BTC bouncing off MA50

RSI = 39 (oversold)

Volume increased > 2x daily average

✅ You can swing entry BUY

🎯 Target: previous minor resistance

🛑 SL: 1–2% below the candle rejection support

---

📌 Essential Tools for Swing Traders:

Tools Function

TradingView Technical analysis (MA, RSI, fibo)

CoinGlass Check open interest, funding rate

CoinMarketCal Important crypto events (halving, etc.)

Binance Alerts Notifications when the price hits your level

---

⚠️ Fatal Mistakes of New Swing Traders:

❌ Entering without confirmation

❌ Randomly placing SL & TP

❌ Chasing the hype volume of microcap tokens

❌ Impatient — entering every day = overtrading
