#ETH According to PANews, the 214th Ethereum Core Execution Layer Developers Meeting reviewed previous decisions and agreed to maintain the scope of the Fusaka upgrade with the addition of EIP 7939. The developers confirmed the inclusion of 12 EIPs in the Fusaka upgrade: EIP-7594, EIP-7823, EIP-7825, EIP-7883, EIP-7892, EIP-7917, EIP-7918, EIP-7935, EIP-7951, EIP-7907, EIP-7934, and the newly added EIP-7939.
Adjustments were made to the implementation details of certain EIPs, including reducing the contract code size limit in EIP-7907 from 256KB to 48KB, modifying the base fee parameter for blobs in EIP-7918 from 2^14 to 2^13, and transferring the maximum blob count parameter from EIP-7892 to EIP-7594. The meeting concluded that Fusaka Devnet 2 would be launched on June 23, provided that at least three consensus layer client teams and three execution layer client teams are ready.
Additionally, the developers discussed two new proposals for the Glamsterdam upgrade. However, due to insufficient testing data, some parameter adjustments will be postponed to Devnet 3 phase.
