Why Do Many Muslims Say Futures Trading is Haram?

Let’s discuss this in simple words -

Here’s why some Muslims don’t trade futures:

In Islam, anything with high risk, interest, or gambling is not allowed.

🔸 You don’t actually own the asset.

You’re just trading a contract.

🔸 It’s full of uncertainty.

You don’t know if you’ll gain or lose it’s more like betting.

🔸 Most futures use leverage.

That means borrowing money and paying interest which is not allowed in Islam.

That’s why many scholars say futures are haram (forbidden).

But some people say it depends on how the trade is done.

My dear Muslim brothers and sisters, do you trade futures? What’s your view? 👇
