NEW CYBER THREAT FROM NORTH KOREA

A hacking group, the infamous "Famous Chollima" from North Korea, is using new malware, PylangGhost, to attack those of us working with cryptocurrencies. They want to steal our wallet credentials and password managers.

What they do is set up fake job interviews, especially in India, posing as companies like Coinbase or Uniswap. Through social engineering, they trick us into executing malicious commands.

It turns out that PylangGhost, written in Python, gives them full control over our systems, remote access, and they can steal data from over 80 browser extensions, such as MetaMask or 1Password. This trojan, which is an enhanced version of GolangGhost, can also take screenshots and maintain access. Although these tactics are not new and they did not use AI, they remind me of the recent Bybit theft of $1.4 billion. We must stay alert!

Guys, do not open suspicious links, nor those with offers to double or triple your money or promises of free money. Do not risk the money you have worked so hard to earn.
