ChainCatcher Message, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has announced the launch of a public consultation on new regulations for listing digital assets, with the opinion collection period lasting until July 21, 2025.

The new regulation proposal allows exchanges to list digital tokens issued by themselves or related parties, while requiring stricter information disclosure to prevent insider trading. The new regulation also mandates the disclosure of information related to personnel associated with the token issuer and the marking of warning symbols in the reporting system to strengthen market regulation.
