The organization, whose shares are traded on Nasdaq, is known for its Bitcoin investment policy. It currently holds 4,449 BTC (~$462 million) in its treasury. Thanks to its holdings, Semler Scientific is among the top 15 corporate Bitcoin holders.

Semler Scientific has presented a three-year plan: to accumulate 10,000 BTC by the end of 2025, 42,000 BTC by the end of 2026, and 105,000 BTC by the end of 2027, using funds from stock and debt repayments, as well as operational cash flow. Burnett is a recognized expert in building Bitcoin reserves. Previously, he worked in this field at Unchained and Blockware Solutions. With his help, the company plans to enhance its investment strategy.
