As a firsthand experiencer, I have rolled my initial capital of 10,000 to 200,000 since May through scientific planning. Throughout this process, position management, timing control, and the challenges of countering human weaknesses have deeply taught me that the essence of investing is a dual cultivation of cognition and character.
Here are the practical strategies I have summarized, focusing on trend judgment and risk control:
1. Select quality coins: Focus on daily level, prioritizing coins where the MACD indicator forms a golden cross above the 0 line. A golden cross above the 0 line usually indicates that the market is in a strong bullish trend, with more upward momentum.
2. Trend following: Use the MA20 moving average as the lifeline of the position—firmly hold when the price stabilizes above the moving average, and decisively exit once it falls below, ensuring that you are not misled by short-term pullbacks.
3. Dynamic profit-taking strategy:
◦ When the wave gains reach 40%, reduce 1/3 of the position to lock in profits;
◦ If gains surpass 80%, further reduce 1/3 to lower position risk;
◦ If the price falls below the MA20 moving average, immediately liquidate the position to avoid trend reversal risks.
4. Risk emergency mechanism: If the price unexpectedly falls below the MA20 moving average the day after purchase, stop loss immediately regardless of profit or loss. After the price regains stability above the moving average, consider entering the market again to avoid being passive.
