At least 240 people were injured in the Iranian missile attacks, four of them seriously, according to the Israeli Ministry of Health. The vast majority suffered minor injuries, including more than 70 people from Soroka Medical Center in the southern city of Beersheba, where a plume of smoke rose as emergency teams evacuated patients.
