Kinda Lucky Lindy broke well from post #5 but wisely settled back in 5th as the inside four vied for the lead. Big Charlie Moran led early before Barry Black surged to the front approaching the final bend. Lucky followed the move, briefly exposed, then held strong in the stretch but was edged out for 4th by the #6. A solid 5th, with the slow pace and smaller track not in his favor. He’s expected to show more on a larger ⅝ oval. Updates to follow on how he pulls up.
