The Directional Movement Index (DMI) shows that the Average Directional Index (ADX) has risen from 17.93 to 21.41. While this indicates that the trend is strengthening, the overall momentum is still considered weak. ADX measures the strength of the trend but does not indicate its direction; a reading above 25 indicates a strong trend, while below 20 means low momentum.

On the other hand, the +DI indicator sharply fell from 31.61 to 14.54 in the last two days, while the -DI rose from 12.97 to 28. This intersection and the growing gap indicate that buying power is weakening and selling pressure is increasing. If this situation continues, a downward trend may dominate for HYPE, and sellers could completely seize price control.

Critical Level Exceedance in RSI

Hyperliquid's RSI value quickly fell from 56.26 two days ago to 39.52. This indicates that selling has started to exceed buying interest. RSI ranges from 0 to 100, with above 70 considered overbought and below 30 considered oversold.

The 39.52 level indicates a weak area from neutral for HYPE and shows that the declining momentum continues. If RSI falls further, although not yet confirmed, downward risks may increase.

Critical Supports and Resistances

Hyperliquid experienced a sharp pullback after recently seeing all-time highs. Although EMA indicators still maintain the upward structure, there is a risk of short-term EMAs crossing below long-term EMAs (death cross).

In this scenario, HYPE may first test the significant support point at the $37.32 level. If this support breaks, it may be possible for the price to decline to $32.62.

On the other hand, if momentum rebounds and the upward structure continues, Hyperliquid may test resistances at $43.98 and $45.77 again. A strong attack above these resistances would signal a renewed upward trend and could push the price up to the $50 level, creating new highs.
