USDC stablecoin, an official request for an initial public offering (IPO) with plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol "CRCL".

The stablecoin issuer Circle is filing for an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, targeting a share price ranging between $24 and $26.

According to the filing, Circle will offer 24 million Class A shares, of which 9.6 million shares will be offered directly by the company, while the remaining 14.4 million shares will be sold by current shareholders. The initial public offering price is expected to range between $24 and $26 per share.

If priced at the upper end of the range, the offering could raise $624 million, valuing the cryptocurrency company at billions of dollars, depending on final allocations and response$USDC
