A full upgrade of $MKR tokens to $SKY is happening right now.

SKY holders can stake their tokens and access rewards in USDS.

Existing MKR holders can upgrade to SKY at the rate of 1:24,000 (1 MKR to 24,000 SKY), and they could choose to do it before 18 September.

Post that, a 1% penalty on 18 Sept, increasing by 1% every three months until it reaches 100% in 25 years
