The military conflict between Israel and Iran continues, with the Israeli army confirming it struck two facilities producing uranium enrichment centrifuges. Iran claims to have launched hypersonic missiles at Tel Aviv, "constantly shaking local shelters."

On Wednesday morning (June 18), the Israeli Ministry of Defense claimed that within a few hours that day, over 50 fighter jets were dispatched to carry out a series of strikes on military targets in the Tehran area, including a facility that manufactures centrifuges, in an effort to curb Iran's nuclear weapon development program.

The United Nations later confirmed that the Israeli army hit two facilities producing centrifuge components, located in Tehran and nearby Karaj. The Tehran facility produces and tests high-end centrifuge rotors, while the Karaj facility produces various centrifuge components.
