The corporation Meta plans to invest significant funds in 'computer superintelligence,' with a possible step being the acquisition of 49% of the Scale AI project. This decision is aimed at catching up with OpenAI and Google.

The founder of Scale AI, Alexander Wang, is already collaborating with the U.S. government, and his company has a contract with the Pentagon to develop the ThunderForge system. The startup is also supported by Peter Thiel's Founders Fund.

Wang is expected to receive a leadership position at Meta, although the company has so far refrained from commenting on the deal.
