No one tells you that on the day you eat 3 or 4, you don't need to accumulate points⁉️

Daily 16 point tier:

If you eat 3 today, you lose 45 points.

Accumulating 16 points is equivalent to losing 29 points.

If you don't accumulate, you lose 2 points, so it's a loss of 43 points.

Accumulating 16 points for 15 days gives you 240 points!

Losing 29 or 43 leaves you with either 211 or 197 points.

Hanging on for 15 days makes no difference!

If 240 points aren't guaranteed, then after accumulating for seven or eight days at 17 points, you only gain 7 points, which gives you just 218 points. So on the day you eat 3 and receive an airdrop, accumulating points is pointless; to receive the airdrop later, you have to get through that day of point deduction first!

(Of course, I haven't considered the limited-time point deductions for receiving airdrops later)

At 17 points daily, the total score is 255. Eating 3 deducts 45 points, leaving 210. If you accumulate points, it’s 210 + 17 = 227,

If you don’t accumulate, it’s 210 + 2 = 212, still no chance of an airdrop.

Even if the airdrop points decrease later, the reality is that the points you miss on that 1 day just means you’ll reach full health and full points a day later.
