True rolling positions focus on three things:
1️⃣ Only trade with trends, avoid sideways markets
The drop before a surge is a golden opportunity; a drop of 10% to 20% is our entry point.
2️⃣ Strict stop-loss, ensure a positive risk-reward ratio
Each trade should not exceed 5% loss of total capital, but profits should be at least 2 to 3 times; winning rate doesn’t have to be too high, as long as you stay alive, there will be another chance.
3️⃣ Waiting is more important than operating
Rolling positions do not mean trading every day, but rather waiting for that 90% assured opportunity to strike hard once.
I currently only trade in two market conditions:
