According to PANews, Telegram founder Pavel Durov expressed concerns over the lack of coverage by French media regarding his recent interview with Tucker Carlson about the situation in France. Durov noted that while the interview received significant attention in various countries, French media remained largely silent.

Durov highlighted that the prominent French newspaper Le Monde published 40 negative articles about Telegram within seven weeks of his arrest, with 37 of these articles not seeking any comment from the platform. He criticized the media for ignoring factual corrections provided by Telegram.

Durov emphasized the importance of Telegram in offering diverse perspectives, suggesting that the current media environment in France is troubling.
