🤔 Hetmantsev: the future is with cryptocurrencies.

Chairman of the VR Tax Committee Daniil Hetmantsev stated that the draft law on virtual assets is adapted to the MiCA regulation and should be adopted by the end of the year. He did not rule out the possibility of distributing regulation between the NBU and the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Hetmantsev also commented on the idea of creating a crypto reserve: he called it interesting, but requiring greater involvement from the state and the NBU. Regarding taxation, he acknowledged the risks of shadowing, but emphasized that all taxes from crypto are direct contributions to the army.

😆He emphasized that he does not own crypto assets himself, but considers cryptocurrencies to be part of the future and insists on the need for their legalization and protection of investors.
