Investors Support Bitcoin $BTC
After nearly two months of calm, long-term holders of bitcoin (LTH) have changed their strategy: they are no longer in a hurry to take profits on bitcoin. This shift indicates that the confidence of bitcoin investors is recovering.
In the last 24 hours, the market has already recorded small inflows of capital from LTH. If this trend continues, this cohort of investors could significantly support the growth of BTC.
At the macroeconomic level, bitcoin ETFs played an important role in recent market events. Last Friday, they attracted $301.7 million following the conflict between Israel and Iran. This was the second-largest inflow of the week, and stable inflows were observed every day. Institutional investors were not deterred by geopolitical tensions, indicating a bullish sentiment in the market.
However, the situation may change in the coming days. If inflows continue, bitcoin will receive additional support and maintain its upward trajectory. If sentiment turns negative or inflows slow, the price of bitcoin may decline.
