🏛️ Regulation & Sandbox Initiatives
• The Ministry of Planning & Investment has proposed a fintech sandbox in major financial centres (Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang), to pilot licenced crypto trading, token issuance, NFTs, mining, and AML frameworks .
• The Ministry of Finance has cautioned that more study is needed before setting fixed start dates for activity such as trading in centres, pushing back proposed operations from mid‑2026 .
