Tron plans an IPO through a reverse merger with SRM Entertainment (listed on Nasdaq), after the United States paused its investigation of Justin Sun.
The deal is arranged by Dominari Securities, an investment bank with ties to Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.
The new company will buy and hold TRX, following a strategy similar to MicroStrategy.
