Several Stages of a Bull Market
Stage 1: Everyone is full of confidence, encouraging each other, making grand plans together, promoting every day, pursuing big ventures.
Stage 2: The market is stagnant with little increase, people's confidence starts to wane, but they still insist on promoting.
Stage 3: Coin prices start to fall, many people begin to chase and add positions, trying to bottom out.
Stage 4: Coin prices continue to drop, bottom-fishing becomes less effective, conversations start to decrease, and enthusiasm for promotion significantly lowers.
Stage 5: Negative sentiments begin to appear in the group, people start to criticize the project team!
Stage 6: Almost no one is speaking in the group anymore, not even criticism, because most people have already exited and are no longer concerned, so they don’t even bother to criticize.
Stage 7: The market continues to linger at low levels, eroding the last bits of belief from some retail investors.
Stage 8: The market begins to recover, the market makers start testing the waters, making a strong pull to gauge retail investors' reactions. If retail investors chase, they continue to push the next day, testing back and forth a few times, then retail investors become hesitant to chase, and the real takeoff begins.
What stage are we at now???
