The German cosmetics firm Evertz Pharma reaffirms its commitment to Bitcoin. According to reports, it recently added 100 BTC to its balance during May, worth approximately 10 million euros. With this, it becomes the first German company to have a strategic reserve of Bitcoin.
The CEO of Evertz Pharma, Dominik Evertz, stated: "our mission is to scientifically materialize nature-based beauty, and this future vision is reflected in our decision to integrate Bitcoin into our financial strategy. Bitcoin is a scarce and globally tradable asset that strengthens our long-term financial stability."
This is not the first time Evertz Pharma has bet on Bitcoin: in December 2020, it invested 2 million euros, and since then it has allocated a portion of its profits to acquire BTC, consolidating a cryptocurrency-based treasury strategy.
