Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT.O), opens a new tab. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Friday that it announced the start of the registration of a private treasury deal for Bitcoin.

The company stated that it has raised approximately $2.3 billion through a combination of debt and equity agreements with the participation of about 50 investors.
