$BTC SEC has approved the $2.3 billion Bitcoin Treasury deal of Trump Media - allowing the company to raise funds and purchase BTC, becoming one of the largest public Bitcoin vaults. The company has also filed for a Bitcoin ETF of Truth Social, aimed at providing shareholders direct access to BTC.
