The change in trends must have signals. After transitioning from a florist to a full-time trader, I began a life that is completely different from before. There are always envious gazes around me, believing that my work hours are flexible and my finances are easy, but only I know the true feelings behind it. Especially after entering the trading market, there is no clear distinction between work and rest in life. #BTC #ETH

In the early morning, the alarm clock rings at 6 o'clock sharp. I quickly get out of bed, wash up briefly, drink a cup of warm water, and begin stretching and a short meditation to get my body and mind into the right state. At 6:30, I sit in front of my computer on time, open the trading software, and check various data and market trends. The market during this time is relatively calm, but potential opportunities may be hidden; I need to focus intensely on analysis, check my position immediately after placing an order, think about risk control and position adjustment plans, and set the corresponding instructions. After completing these tasks, I start reviewing past trading strategies, continuously learning new knowledge and skills, until around 10:30 AM.

After a break in the morning, I go out for some simple exercise, breathe fresh air, and soak up some sun to relax my body. From 12 PM to 1 PM is lunchtime and a short break.

At 1 PM, I return to my computer to start the afternoon's work. This is another focused 4-hour period. By 2 PM, the market gradually becomes active, and I concentrate my attention on market changes, switching observation periods according to the level of the market, carefully analyzing the fluctuations of each data point and the direction of each curve, looking for the best trading opportunities. As time goes on, the market changes become more intense, and my mind is highly alert.

At 8 PM, before the data ends, the day's trading comes to a close, but my work hasn't completely stopped. I summarize and reflect on the day's trades, recording the lessons learned from successes and failures to prepare for tomorrow's trading. By the time all of this is completed, it is already 10 PM.

This is a typical day in my life as a trader—busy, tense, but also full of challenges and opportunities. #卡尔达诺稳定币提案 #以色列伊朗冲突
