The department that regulates cryptocurrencies in the United States is called the SEC. In the past, they often troubled cryptocurrency companies, such as suing Coinbase for allegedly selling 'unregistered securities' (which refers to cryptocurrencies). Now that Trump is in office, the SEC has changed leadership, and the direction has shifted! Those lawsuits that weren't considered fraud are likely to be withdrawn, and Coinbase's lawsuit is almost being withdrawn. Furthermore, it might be possible for companies to boldly hold cryptocurrency assets in the future. Although new regulations won't come out immediately, as long as people feel that regulation will loosen in the future, they will be willing to buy Bitcoin, and the price will naturally rise; if policy advancement encounters difficulties, the price will be in jeopardy.
