ANTHONY POMPLIANO IS ABOUT TO RAISE 750 MILLION USD TO BUY BITCOIN 🇺🇸

Anthony Pompliano is planning to raise 750 million dollars to buy more Bitcoin through a new investment company.

He is expected to become the CEO of ProCapBTC, a special type of company called a SPAC (a SPAC is a company established solely to merge with or acquire another company).

ProCapBTC intends to merge with another SPAC called Columbus Circle Capital 1, which has previously raised 250 million dollars.

Both parties plan to raise a total of:

- 500 million dollars from investors

- 250 million dollars from a loan that can be converted into equity
