(The New York Times) reported that the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) passed a resolution on Thursday (June 12) in Vienna, stating that Iran has not fulfilled its non-proliferation obligations.

The IAEA indicates that Iran continues to fail to provide declarations of nuclear materials and activities at multiple sites.
