After 6 years, Tencent is trying to acquire Nexon, the developer of Adventure Island and DNF, again. If the deal is successful, NEXO on Binance would indirectly be considered a token under Tencent.

However, Bloomberg's homepage has reported this, so why hasn't NEXO increased in value yet?
