After 6 years, Tencent is trying to acquire Nexon, the developer of MapleStory and DNF, again. If the deal goes through, NXPC on Binance would indirectly be considered a token under Tencent.

However, Bloomberg has reported on this matter, so why hasn't NXPC risen yet?
