Recently, as everyone on Bnbchain has started to fomo and engage in harvesting, there has been an increase in these animal-like schemes, so I am much more cautious about the new project information I receive than before.
I would rather spend more time investigating and researching than rush to publish something just to claim the title of "first to call something amazing."
The psychology of chasing the next big thing after missing out can easily lead to pitfalls, and often to significant ones. Some so-called "insider information" becomes available to outsiders when it is already too late, transforming into a mousetrap rather than Alpha.
In addition to small on-chain teams scanning and monitoring, seasoned OGs have their own time-tested channels for information. Ask yourself, is the channel through which you receive this insider information reliable? Have you collaborated on projects, especially involving large sums of money?
If not, I'd often prefer to take a small position to test the waters. If it really takes off, I won't be kicking myself, because it indicates that this channel is trustworthy, allowing for larger funds to be entrusted later.
Let's learn from our mistakes; there aren't that many capable market makers out there.
Personal opinion: The seed players for this USD1 competition have all entered the arena, as a third of the race has already passed. The focus now is on who among them can stand out and claim those two championships 🏆.
As for other new targets, I will only consider early-stage opportunities with a small investment for a big return. For the competition, I am also considering larger second-stage positions, focusing only on the few I mentioned before.
