Understanding Trading Pairs

🪙 A trading pair compares two assets (e.g., BTC/USDT).

👉 You buy the first (BTC) by selling the second (USDT).

📌 Two types:

- Fiat/Crypto Pairs → BTC/USDT, ETH/EUR

- Crypto/Crypto Pairs → ETH/BTC, SOL/BNB

📊 Why is it important?

- Direct influence on trading strategy

- Helps identify the best arbitrage opportunities

- Aids in avoiding conversion errors

📉 Example:

If BTC/ETH = 15, it means 1 BTC is worth 15 ETH.

💡 Tip: The higher the liquidity of a pair, the lower the spread and the faster the execution!
