$BTC NEW PRESIDENT OF SOUTH KOREA LEE SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH TRUMP ON TARIFFS

President Lee Jae-myung and Trump agreed to pursue a "win-win" tariff agreement during their first phone call since Lee took office, avoiding the possibility of a 25% tariff on South Korean exports.

The "friendly and comfortable" 20-minute conversation took place as South Korea races against the deadline of July 8 when Trump's tariff postponement expires.
