Because it has been on the rise today, isn't it said that any coin that makes it to the rise list can be shorted?

Why can't HUMA be shorted?
This coin isn't just about looking at the funding rate, at around 8 AM this coin was at a high and ranked first on the rise list, but it is showing a bulldozer-like upward trend, which is what everyone calls a Pi Yao holding onto a dirt dog, with buy orders continuously increasing, and the daily line is showing a volume increase, including a large bullish candle on the 4-hour chart! Looking ahead, that quick drop just now rapidly rebounded, you can think of it as big players dumping, or exploding contract positions, but it quickly V-rebounded, and the trading volume has been consistently increasing, in the short term, whether from market cap or from the previous alpha short points looking long-term, this coin isn't easily going to see a liquidation cut in half, it’s clearly always being supported!
So shorting must be what I mentioned in my morning article, it's not like auction and mask where they are offloading, but rather accumulating!
