Position Title: Backend Engineer (Web3 Direction)

Hubble AI is an autonomous on-chain trading and social data infrastructure, with products including the on-chain data analysis platform Hubble and the attention economy application Koegen. We are committed to providing deep data insights for crypto users, on-chain research enthusiasts, and project parties, promoting the intelligent development of the industry.
Backend Responsibilities:
1. Backend business data processing and development: Based on business needs, design and develop highly available, high-performance data processing modules to efficiently implement complex business logic statistics and analysis, supporting the core functions of the on-chain data analysis platform.
2. Cross-team collaboration with product and frontend teams to collect market feedback and user needs, drive backend technical solution iterations, and ensure alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap.
Ideal Candidates:
1. Web3 specialized experience: Experience in deploying within the Solana ecosystem is preferred, with skills in building Solana nodes, optimizing RPC services, and designing and selecting high-performance on-chain data parsing solutions;
2. Familiarity with Solana ecosystem toolchain (e.g., solana-validator, Anchor framework).
3. Containerization and deployment capabilities: Proficient in using Docker Compose/K8s for containerized deployment and cluster management, expert in CI/CD processes, with automation deployment, configuration management, and troubleshooting capabilities for middleware components.
4. Core technical skills: Proficient in the underlying principles, architectural design, and practical application of Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Redis, Mongo, with development and operations experience in multiple projects, capable of independently solving complex technical problems.
5. System operation and maintenance capabilities: Proficient in Linux operating system, skilled in server configuration, resource scheduling, security hardening, and monitoring system setup; familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
6. Backend development capabilities: Proficient in at least one backend development language (e.g., Go, JS), with good coding standards, modular development thinking, and unit testing capabilities, able to efficiently implement business requirements.
7. Distributed system experience: Familiar with distributed systems, microservice architecture design, with experience in system design, development, and performance optimization in high-concurrency, big data scenarios, ensuring system scalability and stability.
