Talk about the split between Trump and Musk
Musk and Trump have publicly split, which has already ignited the market. My judgment is that the one truly surrounded is not Musk, but Trump. I have said before that Musk is the strongest warlord in America, and his escape routes are much broader than those of the understood king. Moreover, he holds X, which means he controls the biggest pen in America. The ballots come from that pen.
I believe the current situation's trigger is the replacement of NASA's director. I have previously mentioned that Musk recommended Isaacman as NASA's director for the benefit of his SpaceX (see: Let's talk about Musk's resignation Doge), which is Musk's fundamental interest. SpaceX, a privatized company, is valued at par with Coca-Cola, and its hidden shareholders are extremely wealthy. Regardless of the true reason behind the understood king's decision to replace Isaacman, it is a serious mistake. If Isaacman had remained, he could have restrained Musk from openly splitting. Perhaps in the future, looking back, this step will make the understood king lose everything due to one mistake.
If he cannot restore a facade of peace with Musk, the damage to him will be permanent. In his team, Musk is undoubtedly the leading dragon; if they turn against each other, how can he regain people's hearts and manage his subordinates? Just like the struggle between Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu at the end of the Qing Dynasty, the duality of the emperor and empress means that Cixi imprisoning Guangxu is akin to imprisoning herself, leaving the late Qing Dynasty with no chance of recovery.
The biggest misconception of the understood king is that he has always pursued being an autocratic ruler. But on this path, those opposing him are not Powell and Musk, nor even the Democratic Party, but Washington from hundreds of years ago. If the understood king remains stubborn and unrepentant, he will surely suffer a severe setback.
