1. Just entering the circle, don’t rush to make money; learn quickly first.
You don't understand technical aspects + you only look at the surface of news, relying entirely on emotional feelings for your trading. If you can't even understand how exchanges may collapse or how assets can cross chains, or the concept of blockchain, how can you possibly make money?
2. Explore more, practice diligently, and think more.
In the cryptocurrency circle, 100 people have 101 opinions. Speculators think investors are fools, and speculators feel investors are pests. A says this project is a great innovation, B thinks it’s just a conceptual machine, C says they are both scammers... Who to believe? Trust no one, as scammers are everywhere, standing at various traffic points, providing enticing services to newcomers. Moreover, 99% of people in the cryptocurrency space are just fodder; who to trust?
3. The circle is very important.
In my view, 99% of group chats are at the same level as the elderly at the village park; they focus on idle chatter and occasionally share profit screenshots. This is actually not very meaningful. A quality circle can at least show you the real situation in the market.
4. Investment is your own business.
How to understand this sentence? It means that in investment, ultimately, you have to rely on yourself. Others' analyses and thoughts are for reference only; more independent research is needed to form your own investment framework. With a framework, you can have your own views. Don’t care what others say; they may not be as capable as you.
5. How can one find a hundredfold coin?
If you don’t even understand the basic concepts and have no idea what the circle is about, but keep asking everywhere, this mentality will never find a hundredfold coin; getting shot down is more likely. I want to emphasize that making money in the circle is not easy. The easy ways don’t yield profits. If someone wants to argue that someone bought a hundredfold coin with a contract multiplier, there’s a high probability they are scammers.
6. Patience is the foundation of making money.
You may have to learn for a long time and be deceived countless times before you understand the situation in the circle. It's okay, cherish every experience of being deceived; these are lessons to be learned on the road of investment.
7. Follow the basic rules of the circle.
Loss must be acknowledged, being deceived must be accepted. Experts often do not complain, while the weak like to blame others for being harvested. When you no longer have the ability to make rules, complain less.
8. Learn while practicing.
Some people say, I have learned so many concepts and understand them all, but it is still very abstract. That’s not right; you should learn while practicing, experience various projects. Of course, output is the best practice. You can also output content to attract friends and communicate together.
9. As long as you are dedicated, you can always become a big shot.
I say this, and many people will definitely disagree. Isn’t this nonsense? How many people are still fodder? Remember, others being fodder has nothing to do with you; you need to focus on improving yourself. Nothing is difficult in this world, just afraid of those who are dedicated. If you want to argue, refer to the second point.
Ten years ago, my mentor taught me a set of mantras. Because of this set of mantras, I had the confidence to resign from a high-paying stable job and dedicate myself to trading cryptocurrencies. If you can understand two or three phrases, you can avoid taking two or three years of detours! It’s full of value; I recommend saving it!
These mantras are easy to recite, and each sentence truly reflects reality. Some even come from life, making people suddenly enlightened!
For example: People only know that eunuchs have deep skills, but who knows that cutting meat is the real scripture.
I haven't changed a single word of these mantras, fearing that changes might alter their meaning and the message my mentor wants to convey. Some phrases even contain thoughts from Confucianism, Buddhism, and Daoism, with profound implications that are worth pondering.
