Why is the cryptocurrency market looking so green today?

Sigh, today when I opened the market software, it turns out the entire cryptocurrency market is basically losing money, with the total market capitalization shrinking by 1%, dropping to $3.29 trillion.

Even the leading giant Bitcoin couldn't escape, falling by 0.7%, with its price hovering around $104,000.

Although the market sentiment index shows 'neutral', the way it's dropping makes people feel uneasy.

What's going on?

Reason 1: The big players (whales) have started to 'withdraw'!

Reason 2: The ETF 'blood transfusion' is slowing down, and the market feels a bit hollow.

As a result: Bitcoin's younger brothers are also suffering.

When big brother Bitcoin drops, how can other coins (altcoins) stay unscathed? Ethereum (ETH) is barely holding on, but popular coins like Solana (SOL) have also dropped nearly 3%. Not to mention Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Cardano (ADA), which have generally fallen by 3% to 5% over the past day, each worse than the last.

Market sentiment has clearly turned cautious.

To summarize my view:

Right now, this market is being pulled in two directions: on one side, the big players who are raking in profits are tightening their 'withdrawals' to lock in gains; on the other side, the ETF funds that had previously surged in are starting to slow down or even flow back out.

These two factors combined have led to today's widespread decline. Experts remind us to be careful, and I think that's quite reasonable.

In the coming period, keeping a close eye on the movements of these big players and the flow of ETF funds will be key signals for judging the short-term market trend.

If you ask me, during such times, those with heavy positions should take it easy.
