BitMine Completes Public Offering and Plans to Buy Bitcoin
BitMine Immersion Technologies just wrapped up a public offering, raising $18 million by selling 2.25 million shares at $8 each. They’re planning to use the money to directly buy Bitcoin, which is a bold move in this market. Also, starting June 5, BitMine will officially trade on the NYSE American under the ticker BMNR, moving away from the OTCQX. Big step forward for them.
