The number of bitcoin on exchanges is collapsing
The withdrawal of BTC from exchange platforms is a bullish signal for its price.
Bitcoin reserves ($BTC ) on exchange platforms have decreased by 668,000 $BTC since November 2024. Currently, centralized exchanges (CEX) hold just over 2.4 million BTC, 18% less than the reserves at the end of 2024.
According to the data provided by the analysis firm CryptoQuant, there are currently 2,432,989 bitcoin on CEX, as seen in the graph below:
