#SEC and #Binance have completed the contentious process
The SEC and Binance have reached an agreement to terminate the 2023 case. Participants in the process: Binance Holdings, BAM Trading, BAM Management, and CZ, accused of violating securities laws.
Zhao limited himself to a sarcastic post with a clown instead of the former head of the SEC.
Binance did not officially comment on the situation.
