On Binance, there are several types of orders that traders can use to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. The main types of orders are divided into market and pending (limit / conditional).
🔹 1. Market Order
This order is executed instantly at the best available price in the market.
🔹 2. Limit Order
This order is executed only when the market reaches the price you specified.
🔹 3. Stop-Limit Order
This is a conditional order: when the price reaches the stop price, a limit order is activated.
🔹 4. Stop Market Order
Similar to stop-limit, but after activation, it is executed as a market order.
🔹 5. Trailing Stop Order
Automatically moves along with the price based on a specified percentage or amount.
🔹 6. OCO (One Cancels the Other)
This is a combined order: one limit + one stop-limit. When one is executed, the other is automatically canceled.
🔹 7. Post Only / IOC / FOK (advanced order options)
Post Only - ensures that your order will be added to the order book and not executed instantly.
IOC (Immediate or Cancel) - is executed immediately partially or fully, the rest is canceled.
FOK (Fill or Kill) - is either fully executed instantly or completely canceled.
