What are the stable paths to wealth in the cryptocurrency world?
To be clear, it is very difficult for small investments to achieve stable and rapid wealth.
If a newcomer can avoid losing money, they have already outperformed over 95% of their peers during the same period.
In the cryptocurrency world, one either accumulates wealth over time—experiencing a bull and bear market, understanding various traps and potential patterns, and slowly starting to make money—or relies on luck—going all-in with extremely high leverage, using paper profits to compound gains, and soaring to wealth freedom in one go.
The first option requires making friends with time, while the second relies on having Lady Luck on your side. Clearly, if one wishes to get rich quickly, it must be the latter; however, over 99.9% of people do not have good luck, which is no different from buying a lottery ticket.
The cryptocurrency market is generally divided into four stages:
Stage 1: Bitcoin surges wildly, Ethereum and altcoins rise slowly.
Stage 2: Bitcoin rises slowly, Ethereum surges wildly, and altcoins increase significantly; bullish market sentiment is high.
Stage 3: Bitcoin rises slowly or consolidates, Ethereum surges significantly, and altcoins rotate; chaos ensues.
Stage 4: After a sharp drop in Bitcoin, it continues to decline; Ethereum plummets and then continues to decline; altcoins crash and continue to plummet, fully entering a bear market.
I believe we are currently in Stage 1, and once the Federal Reserve confirms an interest rate cut, we will move to Stages 2 and 3.
So, it is still reasonable for small investments to allocate to altcoin spot trading, while large funds should blindly invest in Bitcoin.
