Bank #روسيا agrees to financial products linked #بالعملات_المشفّرة for qualified investors
The Bank of Russia has announced a significant change in its regulatory policy, allowing licensed financial institutions to offer derivatives, securities, and digital financial assets linked to cryptocurrencies for qualified investors.
According to the Central Bank of Russia, all of these instruments must be "non-deliverable", meaning that investors will not receive cryptocurrencies directly as part of their investments
