Ross Gerber, the CEO and co-founder of Gerber Kawasaki, hints that the collaboration between Nvidia and Tesla will play a significant role in the future of robotics.
Gerber stated, quoting a video posted on the social media platform X on Thursday: "Nvidia is fully prepared - pay attention to the future that awaits us. Yes, Tesla will be a big part of it."
The video featured Jensen Huang, the CEO of Nvidia, highlighting the company's business activities with Tesla and Elon Musk. Huang said, "We have many projects with Tesla and xAI. Elon, as you know, is an exceptional engineer."
Huang also praised Musk's work with Grok - his AI model - as well as Tesla's FSD and Optimus Robots, describing it as "world-class," and stated that these products represent "tremendous opportunities."
Huang said, "I believe the opportunity for Optimus is very close," before adding that Optimus has the scale and technology needed to develop robots, which Huang said has the potential to become the next "multi-trillion-dollar" industry.
