I have always emphasized the two major trends in the next decade: one is Bitcoin, and the other is AI.
I thought my thinking was already quite profound. As it turns out, this American Vice President Vance's thoughts are even deeper.
This Vice President is not just a figurehead; he has some real skills.
There was an interesting statement made by American Vice President Vance at the Bitcoin conference:
You may have heard a saying:
"Cryptocurrency is essentially a conservative or right-wing technology, while artificial intelligence is essentially a left-wing or centralized technology."
I admit that this statement is somewhat of a generalization, but it does have some truth to it.
I have not participated in the daily operations of tech companies for four years, ever since I entered politics.
But I have noticed this phenomenon:
Many smart right-wing tech talents are attracted to Bitcoin,
while many smart left-wing tech talents are engaged in AI.
This is of course a rough classification, but it reveals a cultural tendency.
What Ming wants to remind everyone is:
The outcome of AI development will inevitably affect Bitcoin;
And the fate of Bitcoin will, in turn, influence AI.
The next stage for Bitcoin is:
To become a national strategic asset for the United States in the next decade.
When it comes to cryptocurrency, the past few years have clearly proven that this is genuine innovation from the grassroots level.
Perhaps more importantly: I see Bitcoin as a shield against the most dangerous trends in the digital age. It symbolizes and drives the personal freedom of American citizens.
In both the public and private sectors, there is a group of elites who are not innovating, but rather seizing and controlling cutting-edge technology to manipulate others.
