🔹 Amit Kohli – Head of #RWA & Dubai Operations Founder
Amit brings over two decades of experience in global finance, wealth management, and blockchain-based real-world asset ( #RWA ) tokenization. As the founder of TruePenny in Dubai, he has been instrumental in bridging traditional finance with next-gen digital asset infrastructure, especially in emerging markets like the UAE.
🔹 Guruprasad Mayya – Executive Director, Finance
A Chartered Accountant with a strong technology foundation, Guruprasad has led finance and fintech operations across Asia, the Middle East, and the West. At Serenity, he will help guide tokenization models and crypto-native investment structures through the lens of global finance.
🔹 Jay Fallah – Director of Blockchain Innovation & Product Architecture
A Canadian innovator and technologist with deep expertise in IoT security, digital trust, and data systems. Jay is the holder of multiple patents, including US11431498B2 for a quantum-augmentable hybrid encryption system. His appointment will support Serenity’s core mission of building secure, scalable, and modular blockchain solutions.
These additions mark a strategic phase for Serenity as it continues to scale its modular DeDaSP architecture and prepare for broader ecosystem integration, including its flagship product – the #sAxess Card. This biometric, self-custodial hardware wallet is central to Serenity’s vision of giving users total sovereignty over their digital data and assets, secured by military-grade encryption and seamless identity access.
In parallel with these new arrivals, Serenity bids farewell to Hugues Svay, its outgoing Chief Information Officer. Hugues played a vital role in the early architecture of Serenity’s infrastructure and cyber resilience. The team extends its deep appreciation and wishes him continued success in his next chapter.
