🚀Circle, the issuer of the stablecoin USDC, has just filed for an IPO to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with the stock code CRCL.
The offering is expected to include 24 million Class A shares, of which 9.6 million are issued by Circle and 14.4 million from existing shareholders. The IPO price is in the range of 24–26 USD/share, which could help Circle raise a maximum of 624 million USD.
